Thank God for the sunshine today!!!! It's beautiful out there at 64 degrees with a cool breeze. Thank you God for stopping the rain today. (It has been raining here for about ten days.)
Rumors continue to fly around about referrals. Some good.....mostly bad. It's okay though. She is getting closer all of the time. If we're not in this months batch then we expect her picture to arrive at the end of June. We've waited this long and we can wait through June.
I remain hopeful though. The CCAA has not spoken yet, so we'll wait on them to give us the scoop. We hope that we'll know by the end of next week how far they're going to go. My Dad is coming on Friday the 26th and staying for a week. I would love to show him a picture of his granddaughter in person!
On the other hand my brother's soon-to-be-adopted baby is due at the end of June. Maybe Jaden will make her way into our life about the same time as my new niece/nephew? We'll continue to wait patiently.
I love feeling such peace. Another reason to thank God.
